Due to system security and the replacement of the existing ReDAT3 product with ReDAT5, development work on new functions and features of the ReDAT3 Recording Unit has been phased out.
Following this fact, we would like to inform you that:
– End of support for the ReDAT3 product is 2 years after the end of its sale.
– ReDAT3 sales have ended on January 31, 2023.
– HW repairs will be performed until stocks run out.
– SW repairs will be supported until January 31, 2025.
– Valid service contracts will not be affected.
