On November 12, at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague, we appeared as partners of the 24th annual CallCentra conference on the topic of Hybrid work in a hybrid era.
We welcomed well-known faces at our stand, as well as new interested parties. Our topic was the use of AI in contact center applications.
The conference was very well organized and many organizers of similar events abroad could learn from it. All that remains is to state that we are very happy that the long-term partnership makes sense for both parties and we are looking forward to the next year.
